Mendix Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Initial screening and Assignment. Assignments was quite interesting. It is designed in a way to reflect your potential. Well designed. Initial screening was quite warm and friendly. That gives a lot of comfort.

It has 5 states: 1- Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Introductory) 2- Software Engineering Manager (Introductory, you tell more detail about yourself. They give a homework to you. You complete and send it back in 7 days.) 3- Two Tech Leads (They ask you questions about your homework. One tech lead does not have fluent English, so I have hard times understanding. I have fully completed the homework but I could not pass this stage. Even though I did exactly the things written on the homework, they expect more or they want genaralists. ) 4- Software Development Director (I have no opinion) 5-The team you will be working with (I have no opinion)
