Interview
It was good; the HR staff were very nice, and the environment was relaxed. They asked pretty basic questions, nothing too challenging. It took no longer than 20 miniutes. Before the interview began, they did a dexterity test which involved screwing some nuts on bolts on a board while they timed you
Very straightforward, relaxed and before the interview great insight to how the interview will go very happy with the overall process . It's a good team of people who like to get the job done and remain happy

How do you calm down or defuse a difficult shift or situation
Simple interview process. They were kind and respectful. Didn't have multiple rounds. They sent the offer letter within a couple days. Unfortunately I didn't accept the roleand went with another employer

The application process was through a recruiter company , First stage was a Phone interview , then it was psychometric testing , this was then followed by a video call/inperson
