I applied online. After a week, I was sent a form to fill out with a few essay questions and then ranked my location preferences. Once that was submitted, I received a 30 min phone call, and then had two interviews with different managers. I got an offer at the end.

The interview was with one person. They were very nice. They asked the standard behavioral questions, so they could assess how I would fit into the role and the environment.

Interview isn't technical but more behavioral based. I think the questions were fairly general and a good grasp of team work skills. multiple rounds, SMART Technique for answering the questions
