I have had 3 interviews so far, but all of them with HR folks. The 2nd interview felt like a standard format questions that they ask to all candidates. Some of the questions were not even related to the job that I was applying for, so that took me off guard. Like "How many years of experience do you have in "Business Development" The job description never said anything about Business Dev. When I ask for clarification for one of the question, she just jumped to the next question and didn't answer me.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Minneapolis, MN)

three total interviews. all virtual. offer was extended and I negotiated a higher offer. health screening and background check took 3 weeks - would advise not committing to a start date until all offer contingencies are lifted as it pertains to giving old employer notice.

Completed 4 separate interviews with Directors and a VP. Feedback during the interviews was positive, then they ghosted me. Very disappointing behavior after making it that far in the process.
