Prague 1. Interview with recruiter (40mins) 2. Recording my answers and sending video to them 🙄 after I realised how it works it was too late to do it correctly, so I needed to send to them everything I recorded. Without sending it, it wasn't possible to send other answers and to do interview again 3. 2h online interview with questions from 2005 like: where do you see yourself in 5 years, what's your disadvantages and advantages, how you can describe yourself 3. Roleplay 🤦I needed to do it in my native language, but instructions were in English - I didn't understand some words, as it was specific, so instead of showing how I'm able to handle customeri was struggling with translations on my mind

The interview was initially with the recruiter and after that with the department manager, she asked questions based on my resume, what did you do and what were my advantages and why did I need this position, to tell about a challenge in my last job

Interview
Had 3 rounds of interviews. 1st round; a 15-20 minute phone interview with the very common interview questions. 2nd round; group interview with lot of team work exercises. 3rd round; I had a face two face interview with two managers and had to do a shorter writing test to check my grammar.

Question 1
As most of the common interview questions such as why I applied for the job etc were asked in the phone interview, the questions in the face to face interview included open-end questions where I had to give 3 examples of challenging scenarios and how I did overcome them.
