Called in to the location. Then was made to take an assessment for dexterity and ability to look at small objects through a microscope. Then after a few behavioral questions they started the paper work to get me into the system

It was relatively easygoing. The questions were not difficult. It was a virtual interview and very relaxed. The questions were simple in the star format. The recruiter was very polite and understanding.

Its rediculas what you go through to get a job at Medtronic. Multiple interviews, coordination testing, drug testing, and background checks for almost the same pay as Walmart! They drug test new employees while some current employees are selling and using drugs right at work.

The temp agency will ask you for proof of graduation/GED. Just be aware that Medtronic, the company will not hire you useing that same proof. If you don't/can't provide the info you will be let go at the end of your temp agency contract.
