Very nice process. One behavioral interview and then a technical one. Second interview was 50% technical questions and 50% the engineers sharing their team and potential projects. Very friendly and personable interviewers.

Consisted of a couple behavioral interviews that talked about my experience, why I want to work at Medtronic, and the work I’d be doing. No technical interviews or coding challenges.
Behavioral interview, behavioral interview, team interview as final. First interview was through recruiter. Second reached out to and done in person as well with manager. Then final with team after declaring location choices
Online through a platform where you prerecord yourself. It went smoothly since you have 30 seconds to think and reply to each question. And you have to have a working microphone and a webcam to get into it. The process was really fast.
