Had a recruiter reach out to me to setup an initial phone screen. Two weeks later had a video interview with the hiring manager. One month later got invited for a panel interview which was done remotely, 6 interviewers each for an hour. Panel interview was a structured interview, each interviewer had a list of questions they had to ask then they offered a chance to ask questions. Got ghosted after the panel interview. Hiring manager and the recruiter ignored my follow up emails, eventually got an automated email rejecting me 3 months after the panel interview.
