It was a long process, spanning over 6 weeks. Each individual meeting was typically with 1-2 scientists or engineers from the department/group. Most of the questions were behavioral, with STAR responses, which was very straightforward

tough interview process. Had to give a presentation, plus meet one on one with many of the people that I would be potentially working with. Everyone is very nice (like most Minnesotans), but it is a company with a lot of smart people so they don;t make it easy on you.
