The interviewers look for people who are driven and have the ability to work towards achieving a target each day. They want someone who has the ability to take orders from others in terms of moving from area to area.

Very straightforward, relaxed and before the interview great insight to how the interview will go very happy with the overall process . It's a good team of people who like to get the job done and remain happy

How do you calm down or defuse a difficult shift or situation
Simple interview process. They were kind and respectful. Didn't have multiple rounds. They sent the offer letter within a couple days. Unfortunately I didn't accept the roleand went with another employer
