Well prepared, the process helped understand the role. Felt comfortable with answering the questions, made me excited for joining the family. Was unfortunate that there was no budget for my contract but thankful for the experience in doing what I love.

Tell me about a time when a project or assignment didn’t go as planned. How would you approach the situation differently in the future?
Quick video call interview. Lasted about 15 minutes in total. Some questions were asked based on resume, then they told me to look for an email and concluded the interview.

Interview
It was smooth and good the question are regarding the job posting and the management was polite. They introduce about work space and the requirement a person needed to get the role.
Received ten minute tour of lab, then interviewed by manager and team leader. Was asked basic interview questions. They were very welcoming. Majority of the time was spent asking questions about the position and how they’ve adapted to recent circumstances.
