Interview
Roughly 5 one-hour 1-1 interviews with peers or next level leaders including HR and the hiring manager, including a break for paid lunch. Well structured, good communication, detailed situation-based questions, formal setting. Each interviewer allowed time for questions so I was able to fully understand the role and to start to get a sense of the company's culture.

Question 1
Most of the questions were situational, for example, "Tell me a time when you..." Focus was leadership attributes like resilience, communication, trust, etc.
