Talking to a panel of two supervisors. They made you feel very relaxed. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. Asked about myself, my experience, my qualifications and my hobbies. They asked what I expected the role was and then they told me what it would intail.

Questions about your currently product builder position Questions about risk taking and communication with your supervisor What does a team leader do The 11 steps in the Cell operating system. Tip: mention these in a previous question to avoid being asked in the interview. Sell your personality. They want someone who is going to be approachable and someone who is going to be the link between the builders and the supervisor
