Initial interview via phone. Job I applied to was completely different than what was presented by the recruiter in regards to qualifications. If they would have been listed in job description, I would not have applied.
There were about 10 questions, some situational and others about experience. They were succinct with the job role and afterwards I was given time to ask questions to my interviewer.
