There is a 30 Minute interview with HR, 30 minute interview with sales manager, 30 minute interview with sales director. Then after that you find out if you got the position.

I was ghosted by the recruiter. I reached out 3 days after the follow up date she gave me. She answered and said they will get back to me..another week and a half and I emailed her again. I have not heard since. It's been 4 weeks since a simple recruiter screening. Very unprofessional.
