I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Memphis, TN) in Jan 2019
Interview
Very lengthy..Very aggressive, I interviewed with 6 very high up the chain branch managers and vice presidents...I went through a very extensive interview process and made it to my 6th interview with the last Vp ...and heard nothing back from the company...I had been engaging with the recruiter with great geed back up until the last interview, and I had to literally call everyday for a couple of weeks just be told I wasn't selected for the position based solely on the last vp...
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Olive, VA) in Mar 2020
Interview
I took a test and passed with flying colors, got a first interview on the spot. It went well, general questions about expectations, past experiences, and performance. Passed easily. The second interview was in about an hour. The interview was frustrating because he asked typical interview questions, and after a 15 minute conversation he said now the interview will start and asked the same questions again. But he kept prodding me for different answers to questions he’d already asked. By the end I decided I definitely didn’t want to work at medline if I would be working for him. No personality, agitating and insulting my intelligence.
