Interview
Phone call to schedule the interview. Met with 3 individuals. The Director of Maintenance, Maintenance Manager and administrator assistant.
Interview lasted an hour and 10 minutes. (1-10 min.) I thought that was impressive. I was able to ask my own questions such as:
How many mechanics are working on each shift, what was the main products that Medline produced at this facility, what type of line they have for their production, how are their operators and mechanics trained to operate or work on the equipment and shift schedules.

What is my experience with building job plans, have I ever built preventative maintenance plans, have I supervised crews, do I any issues with presenting in large groups, how would I determine maintenance plans for specific pieces of equipment, what maintenance management systems have I used for planning all maintenance and so on.
