A two step process; 1. maintenance manager interviews (2) if he likes you, you will be called back for a second interview with a Director of Engineering and Maintenance, Weldon Johnson

I was asked more about how you would troubleshoot or repair Medlline's equipment. This is not really fair questions because you have not work on their equipment.
