Phone screening with recruiter first. Basic questions and discussed job responsibilities. Moved on to second phone interview with position manager and got more in depth questions and information regarding position. All over the phone due to headquarters being elsewhere. Really a screening process for the entire thing. Seemed easy and informational, good to move forward.

Interview
The experience was straightforward; I received a response in about a week. The recruiter explained the responsibilities and posed several questions during the interview. It all went smoothly. It lasts about 20 to 30 minutes.
The process was incredibly smooth, follow up was consistent, and all timelines given were accurate. It was a very enjoyable process and I am happy to be working at Medline to this day.
