Given past reviews about this company and concerns about the lack of diversity of people and thoughts, I was concerned about interviewing but I like to decide for myself. Given that the very last "screening" question was basically "we are really religious and do you have a problem with that", it seems that instead of fixing the issues with their lack of diversity of people, they are screening people out. In addition to this being a questionably illegal approach to interviewing, it shows that this company is doomed for failure. Successful innovation happens with a diversity of thought and opinions. It is no wonder that their "product" has gone from an actual innovation to just a concierge call center for healthcare.
