Interview
The interview process was very standard - a few 1:1 interviews and then a final recruitment exercise and presentation. I made it through the final stage but was not offered the position. The interviewers were lovely and made the interview process feel very comfortable and clear. However, I was disappointed by the communication after the final round. I received a boilerplate rejection letter that encouraged me to reach out for feedback. I reached out to the hiring team twice and never heard back, which was disappointing after having had several hour long conversations with them over the course of a month.

Interview
I had two interviews for this position, and both were a positive experience. The folks I spoke to were supportive and put me at ease during the interview, and also gave me reason to think that both discussions went well. However, after the second round I never heard back from anyone despite following up a second time. It is extremely rude and unprofessional for an employer to leave you hanging in this way. Job applicants deserve to hear back even if they are not moving forward, and being ghosted by an employer after having good conversations with several members of the team is very demoralizing.
