I applied and got called for a phone screen within a week. Was brought in the following week for an in person interview and accepted the offer the following Monday.

Question 1
Since I'm pretty well versed within the recruiting function, the questions were pretty straight forward. Nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected. The best piece of advise I could give though is to know what MediaMath does or at least have some idea.
