McLendon Hardware interview questions

Easy interview. Wan not longer than 30 minutes. Very friendly workers who make you feel comfortable. Easy basic questions. Nothing tricky. I got an email notifying me about an interview after one week of submitting application. After finishing interview I got a call about a week after that I got the job.

I first came in to interview with the Benefits Specialist and Staffing Specialist on the HR team. They both had previously held the HR Assistant role. After I was approved for a 2nd interview I met with the HR director and went over some additional questions.
