Starts with a screening call with a recruiter. Then they require 2 weeks of preparation, only after you will be able to schedule 4 interviews. The whole process took 2 more months than they told me- mainly because they ghost you after each interview before they give you the results.

It was the same as the standard recruiting process for consultants. The process started with HR screening call, followed by a case assessment call and two rounds of virtual interviews.
