Firstly, the whole recruitment process was initiated with a referral by an employee. I was contacted over the phone initially and invited to on-site recruitment event. The interview itself consisted of language and presentation skill tests, followed by one on one interview. I was provided with a voucher for lunch and offered with travel and stay expenses reimbursement.
