Called me back for a second round, Pretty much the same process... Screwed up the final case with senior manager.
Overal process is long and demanding. Little or no break in between interviews (5-6 hours), Friendly people.

A case about regulation of PV panels, what recommendations you would make towards the future.
Online assessment, if successful case interviews and personal experience interview. You will solve a case on a project your interviewer completed. Two interviews in one round. In each interview I started with the personal experience interview. You can prepare this part, make sure to practice with friends or case partners to get more comfortable with this part. The case interview part will cover a case based on a project your interviewer consulted on. I would recommend practicing the Mckinsey example cases on their website.
