first round numerical test. two first rounds interviews on the phone. each interview was 45 min long. 15 min behavior questions and 30 min case. asked me to walk through my resume and a leadership example. make sure that you know your resume well. overall very positive experience.

Interview was a straightforward case study, and a McKinsey-specific Personal Experience Interview. This was difficult but I was able to prepare, so it was not too challenging after preparation. The team was very kind throughout the process and I was able to request information on the interview style ahead of time.

Tell me about a challenge and how you overcame it?
Passed the online test and then had a round 1 interview. I got a rejection call shortly after. Interviews were a mix of behavioral and technical. Difficulty depends on difficulty of case.
First you get an HR Round, then 2 back to back interviews then 3 interviews. The overall process took around 2-3 weeks, it was not very difficult very fast turnaround
