I talked to a few people about the position and the company. I eventually was scheduled for an interview. The guy was chill and it was very conversational. More about seeing if you had a good behavior.

Practical test and psychological test. pretty tough.
Had to meet many employees and make sure we can satisfy patrons.

It was all a very good process. They were very nice and they also were very pleasant to talk to. They wanted to let me have the job and it was very refreshing to be around someone who is so kind.
