Applied through a job search website and got an email for an on-site interview. The interview was conducted at one of the tables in the dining hall. The entire interview lasted approximately 15 minutes.
Straightforward and did a trial shift. Shadowed team members on all areas and was given lunch after shift ended . Overall a positive experience interviewing and trialling here. Declined as had another offer
Very fast and direct, got all the information I needed and everything to get started on the job, the interview was very patient and understanding about filling in the forms.
They only asked me to complete the employment form, provided minimal explanation of the role or responsibilities, and there was no follow up communication, clarification, or next steps shared afterward.
