The McDonald's interview process is generally straightforward and fast, focusing on availability, teamwork, and customer service, often starting with an informal chat or phone screen with a manager, followed by in-person interviews for more serious roles, assessing fit for a busy environment, with some corporate roles potentially having multiple video rounds and assessments. Expect basic behavioral questions about handling difficult customers, working in a team, and your work ethic, with franchise stores sometimes offering on-the-spot hiring.

It went pretty fast, there was free drinks, the guy was friendly, he asked a lot of very different questions that I didn't answer and many things happened that I wasn't sure about and I think he's nice and that he makes lots of money
i had a great interview and felt i was listened to and taken care of and was ready for the job. i appreciated when i got the job offer, but i got a better offer elsewhere.
