I got a recruiter interview call 6 months after applying. The recruiter sent over technical questions via email that I answered. Then, I had a screening call was ghosted after being told the hiring manager would reach out to schedule an interview.

The interview went for 2 whole months with 4-5 rounds. HR response time was an average of 1 week and a half. And the company just completely ghosted me after the final round of interviews.
