The interview was more about checking candidate's availability than customer service skills. It indicates that the ultimate aim was to offer minimum contracted hours but expect full availability from the applicant.

What is your minimum contracted hours expectation?
Interview only lasted about 10 mins, the manager didn’t seem interested. I didn’t get the job in the end but not surprised as I didn’t get to speak about my previous job history.
