Interview
The entire process took 3 months and was mainly handled by HR in UK. First I had to do a gamified ability test and then a video interview where I had to record myself. In this recorded video interview I had 2.5 min per question which were mainly about motivation and why I am a good fit.
The final interview took place two months after I had recorded my video interview and was with the local managers. Those were extremely friendly and it was a very pleasant interview. In the 60 min interview, I also had to solve a case which was more or less a SWOT analysis.

No need to prep for "tell me about yourself" and "Why this company" type of questions for this round.

The interview process consisted of two to four rounds of interviews and I would consider the level of difficulty as average. Overall, people are friendly and want to see if you'll be a fit for the team.

Interview
Very easy process, I had to do an interview and play 12 games to check if my skills align with requirements of the job. The only minus is that you have to record yourself rather than speak to a person.
