Interview
The process has been divided into three different phases. The first one has been the CV screening, then a video-interview and finally a two hours interview with two managers.
1. Online application - it takes more than a month to move to the next step
2. Phone Interview - it was not scheduled, but it was easy going
3. Panel Interview - it was scheduled, and required preparation
