The questions are very focused on personal successes, and failures. Not entirely situaltion based. overall it seems to be based on personal merit and experience in the emvironment itself. There were many questions about multi tasking also.

Applied, Completed Screening Interview with recruiter, moved on to panel interview with directors and supervisors of department 4 people in total. 2 days later received an offer. It was a great experience!
