Recruiter never showed up for scheduled call, and did not respond to follow up emails. Waste of time and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time either, they seem to underpay for the market.
applied on the website, received email from recruiter, set up phone interview with recruiter, had phone interview, phone call lasted about 20 minutes and will hear back soon via email

Interview
The application/hiring process was unnecessarily long & had a lot of moments the recruiter/company would just ghost.
I was contacted by the recruiter, had initial phone screening & nothing happened for a month. Then, recruiter with a false sense of urgency sets up an interview with a senior manager & went silent for another month. I had final interview with managers & im still waiting for a response. In total, it’s been almost 4 months of this unnecessary back & forth.
