Interview
The people doing the hiring will try their best to screen for the candidates who will be successful in this career. But it is impossible to get it 100% correct. If you are very outgoing, and have good sales skills, you will likely be given a try. Remember, if you're not producing, the company isn't paying you, so they don't have much to lose. But they will try to save some people who they feel won't be a good fit for the career, so for that you have to respect.

4 rounds, not really intensive. My firm was basically looking to see if I would mesh well within their own culture, not really anything to do with the industry or in depth technical aptitude
