I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MassMutual (Springfield, MA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Met with 4 different interviewers for a half hour each, no time in between interviews. Low pressure, interviewers were not out to get you. Each had a specified set of questions to ask, mainly about how you would handle a certain problem or situation. They were eager to answer questions and turn it more into a conversation than in interview. Heard back the next morning, was asked about my availability and salary requirements, and then received an offer later the same day.

Interview
The interview process began with an initial recruiter screening, followed by three subsequent rounds scheduled within a span of a week. The first was with the hiring manager, second with two PMs from another team, and the final round was with the hiring manager and another manager from another team. Each stage was designed to assess different competencies, including technical skills, problem-solving ability, and cultural fit.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MassMutual (Boston, MA) in Sep 2023
Interview
It was first a panel interview then, followed by a one on one with the head of the dept. The process took approximately 4 weeks. It was very pleasant and felt more of a conversation than an interview.
Great interview style. All the questions were very relevant to the position and were clearly well thought out. The person I interviewed with had a great communication style which made the interview very conversational in nature and resulted in a more relaxed overall experience. I feel like this allowed my personality to come through.
