I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mars in Sep 2024
Interview
First applied by recruiter contacting. Did a HireVue interview and received an invite for a Teams interview with a couple of associates from the department. Interview lasted about 30 minutes to an hour.

2 rounds for the interview. 1st interview was with HR. 2nd interview was with the manager I would be working under. Since it was for an internship, questions mainly revolved around a more in-depth explanatation of my background (previous internships I had also done) and why I wanted to intern at Mars. For the second and final round, it was less an interview and more an explanation of my expected role as a part of the team.
