initial interview with HR. He asked basic questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to work at xxx, why this role, etc. It was a zoom interview. The interviewer seemed very disconnected to my answers, as I did not get much responses after each question.

Interview
First a phone screening interview by HR, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager and HR.
After two weeks of silence despite follow up for feedback, I was informed that I passed the first round and in the next stage was provided with a writing assessment based on real company events with a large number of resources to use and then a week later by an assessment to present a full communication plan and personal introduxtion with strengths and areas of development infront of a panel using current company events.

Two people. One from HR one from specific group sat down at a conference room in their offices and they were 20 minutes late. All behavioural based questions that were asked.
