Following screening of HR, initial round(s) of 1:1 interview(s) with hiring manager and/or peers depending on seniority of role. Final stage is a panel interview with 3-4 people including stakeholders
The interviews were about 8 week long and consisted of 6.5 rounds. Employees in similarly situated positions did not go through the same process in that they had about 3 interview in total.
