Easy and quick. After submitting an application, they call you to have a chat with you about why you applied. They then ask you to come down for an interview. They ask simple questions about conflict resolution and previous experience you have. There are 8 questions.

Group interview. Two managers. They asked basic questions and gave us a brief review of the place. Nothing special. You could tell if you got the job or not. Totally obvious in their faces .

I sat with the Hiring Manager at a hiring event on their top floor. I was asked questions about my experience and I asked questions of my own and took notes. The Hiring Manager was friendly and we discussed situations or challenges I have faced in the past and how I handled them. In turn he explained the work culture and situations i would face as an employee.
