Talking about impersonal hiring process - from the start Mars is not interested in speaking with their candidates- the organization cherishes their time but doesn't seem to care about the candidates time. They ask you to record yourself (talk to yourself in the mirror) and than judge you based of your recording. Thus not allowing the candidate to ask any of their own questions about the company and role. I have worked for their competitors and not one company does this- thus I suggest going to Nestle, Hershey and every other CPG company as they have a more personal connection from the start.
