Interview
It was fairly easy when I applied. They ask the basic questions. Then they ask more questions geared towards your problem solving skills. The person who interviews you normally becomes your manager but this isn’t always the case.

Describe a time you encountered a problem and how did you resolve it?
Straightforward and relaxed. Both interviewers made me feel as though I was able to share all information about myself. I was also able to ask all questions that I had about compensation, bonus strucuture, and other benefits.

Tell me about yourself/walk me through your resume.
Online application, then a brief phone interview with store director/HR. If successful you will be invited to a test centre/group interview. After that, the selection is narrowed down and some individuals will get a 1-1 interview with their future manager.

It was one of the best interviews that I have ever had. the interviewee was very supportive and decent. even if i did not accepted but it was very good.
