Everything was quite fast: apprx. it took 3 weeks from sending CV to receiving the offer. There were 4 steps: pre-screen with HR, phone interview with HR (soft skills check: conflict management, success and failure situation, strengths and weaknesses, career aspiration, etc.), phone interview with manager, and final assessment (presentation, panel discussion, and interview).

Applied via recruiting portal. Hr manager Nadejda R. Contacted me. We had a brief talk then she sent me link for SHL test. After couple of days I completed the test and informed HR, but didn't receive any feedback at all. Wrote couple of times but no reply also nobody picked up the phone. I don't feel that I failed SHL test, because it was pretty easy MOREOVER it was stated in her first e-mail that I will receive feedback/results, But at the end of the day I was just ignored and trashed out. I didn't expect such vilage-style treatment to potential employees from a global company like Mars.
