First thing they ask You to do - is numerical test and word test - both contain about 25 questions during 50 minutes - You are expected to do it as quickly and precisely as possible. Next I was aked to have interview with "Head Capital" specialist to talk about expectations, conditions and previous job experience - there were just a few challenging questions regarding previous experience (like "what will You do in case of counter offer by Your company? Will You still desire to join Mars?"). Once I didn't pass all online tests - interviewer told me that hiring process is stopped as online tests are mandatory point for Mars (even execs must pass it :).
