There were 2 phone interviews. The first with HR and the second with hiring manager. I was flown in for a 2 part face to face interview with managers and team leaders.

A 3 phase interview process . at par compare to its peer companies .Selection process in good. 1st phase will be a tele com interview 1st with HR then with technical team . If selected will call for final round face to face panel round of interview
