It was a group interview, that I think its does n't help when one wants to show their skills and talk more about their knowledge. They did not have a initial screening at all. So I didn't have an individual assessment to show my individual skills. I was called to the group dynamic immediatly and the group was parte (at least 10 people). Unless you have an extrovertive personality, it's difficult to stand out. So I think this is an unfair way to screen candidates.
