It was a telephonic interview. I got this chance from my university. The interviewer was nice. She asked me some questions regrading recruitment. I was selected as a Recruitment trainee. and i trained there for 2 months with wfh facility. and i learn alot from this.

It was for a trainee position, so the process was quite informal and easy. There were some technical questions about HR, but overall, it felt more like a friendly conversation.
