Worked initially on a temporary basis then interviewed for full time recruitment consultant post. Asked about potential to progress within the company and was advised that they like to promote from within so that was positive and the post had potential.

Interview
The interview process was cohesive and well organised, though was length. Multiple stages I was not initially made aware of. All in all, it was a positive experience and it was a well thought out interview layout
